If you attach a file that has a german umlaut in its filename, the file gets shown with a default folder icon instead of the correct assosiated icon for that format.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a "März.jpg" file (without quotes)
2. Look how the file icon looks like in Windows Explorer
3. Create new message in Thunderbird and attach that file
Actual Results:
File gets shown with a default folder icon.
Expected Results:
The correct icon that format should be used.
