546343 - Remove references to "Schnellstartfunktion" from German SeaMonkey 2 Help

Quoting from Bug 545765:
"Furthermore some locales like "de" never applied the changes from Bug 254992
which moved some ToC entries to help-win.rdf from where they were removed in
Bug 361682, thus with "de" you can still find "Schnellstartfunktion" in SM 2.0."

I'm keeping Severity=normal because this is confusing users. The reason I filed the other bug in the first place was that a user asked in the newsgroups where Quick Launch was (it was removed on the way to SM 2) because he had searched Help for the term "Schnellstart" and found a match.

Ideally this should be fixed on trunk and branch.

Note: This is not about the Windows Quick Launch functionality but the former SeaMonkey Quick Launch functionality ("-turbo" mode, tray icon).

Looks like this is only present in the toc-file, in nav_help it was removed.
I'll attach a patch soon and combinate it with the german part of Bug 545765

Bug 545765 seems to not affect de, maybe i already removed it.
a grep over help-dir shows no more entrys with "Schnellstart" 
or "turbo", so i think this was the last entry.
