Details

The context popup menu for bookmarks in the "Manage Bookmarks..." window does
not have actions to "Open in New Window" & "Open in Composer" as in NC 4.x. The
bookmark sidepanel should have at least provide an "Open" action.

It's not obvious that double-clicking performs the "Open" action and there
should be at least a menu action that does the same thing.
