User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: THUNDERBIRD 3.0.1 I have removed the program several times and removed all references I can find of Thunderbird. Additionally, I have reloaded from the web site with the same result each time I try to start Thunderbird. Strangely enough, Firefox is running without a problem. Look forward to some advice or directions etc. Reproducible: Always
