I would have the possibility to open answers also as Tabs with a different TAB color  .. not in a new window

Would you like to open *sent replies* in tabs with distinct colors, or are you looking to *compose replies* in tabs (which is bug 449299)?

I suspect that opening sent replies in different-colored tabs is properly the realm of an extension; it would not do well as a core Thunderbird feature.

I would open the Reply to a message ina Tab ... like all other messages ... but in a Tab with a mark or a different color
