1 Create folder example "XARXA E INOVACIó"
2 Delete the folder
3 We can see that does not eliminate it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1 Create folder example "XARXA E INOVACIó"
2 Delete the folder
3 We can see that does not eliminate it.
Actual Results:  
If we create a folder with accents reginoal language (in this case Spanish).
In trying to remove these folders do not clean the trash.

Expected Results:  
Delete the folder

Can you get and attach(never paste) IMAP log for your operation?

Can you check Folder Properties/General/Location: after each step?
(Select of string by Ctrl+A, Drag, Copy, Paste at other program, are possible)
Can you access the created folder of "ó" in folder name with no error after step 1(create)/before step 2(delete)?

Which "IMAP delete model" do you choose? If "move to trash model", "delete folder" becomes (1) rename folder Trash/folder, (2) unsubscribe folder, (3) subscribe Trash/folder. Setting dependency to Bug 549220 for ease of search/tracking.
