I've also tested bug 365036 and bug 472537 and they both seem fixed with this patch.

Comment on attachment 430635 [details] [diff] [review] This patch adds asyncPromptAuth support and remove unused nsIAuthPrompt interface Looks good. I couldn't find anything that triggers pure nsIAuthPrompt, lets hope I didn't miss anything.
