https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4495 has an animated icon. We shouldn't allow animated icons or preview images. Jorge, can you take care of this add-on?
I've removed the icon and notified the author.

is_animated_image method added. https://github.com/jbalogh/zamboni/commit/48712e3ce828e8205ef1ef887225d266b5d95f73 Will need to add in to the forms when ready. Could also be used on user profile.
