Is you point your nightly build (my case: 2000100308) to that page there is some issues. 1) The progressbar does not show how much of the current document is parsed/loaded. It just says plop, and is finished. Is the progress bar based on gifs, etc that is downloaded, but not counting the base html file itself? 2) The loading/parsing of the page is damn slow. Due to (1) it feels even slower :) MSIE beats this speed by a factor of more than ten. 3) Resizing the document is darn slow aswell. 4) The UI starts to behave strangely. Just to move the cursor to the location edit control by clicking on it takes a damn long time. It seems to lockup on intervals. This makes me think that something is going thru the document tags or whatever, and that it is issue.

This is quite reasonable in recent builds - probably due to McClusky's change. The load time is close to IE's, and the progress bar seems correct. Marking MFM
