Reproducible: Always
try http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting and if it doesn't help then try to find some steps to reproduce, since I don't see this behavior at my machine; need to be able to have a crash to fix the bug

I get the question if I want to open a pdf file. I don't have that particular plug-in so I can't test it. Do you have the latest plug-in?
