[POP3, "leave on server" enabled] A message that has been downloaded but not yet opened is announced repeatedly in the New Mail notifcation dialog, until it was opened or marked as read.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
My setup: POP3 account, "Leave on server" enabled

[1] send a message "A" to your account
[2] in TB, select the account and press Ctrl-T ("get new messages for this account")
--> message "A" arrives.
--> New Mail notification popup announces "A".

Note: do not (yet) open or select message "A", just leave it as it is.

[3] send another message "B" to your account
[4] again, switch to TB and press Ctrl-T ("get new messages for this account")
--> message "B" arrives
--> New Mail notification popup announces arrival of messages "A" and "B"
Actual Results:
Arrival of message "A" is announced repeatedly.

Expected Results:
Arrival of message "A" should be announced exactly once.
Since the "new message arrived" notification is quite distractive for the user, it should display only a bare minimum of information.

Repeatedly announcing that there still is unread mail (up to forcing the user to open the mail to make the messages go away) is clearly not helpful.
