NSS will actually make dwarf symbols for us if we export MOZ_DEBUG_SYMBOLS on 1.9.x; see bug 468701.
We should do this for tinderboxen (and make sure to carry it over for the mozconfig used for releases).

Note to self: for trunk we'll need bug 550241, too; it should be harmless, so we can do it now.

Longer-term, we might want to put them somewhere else, but for now this was the path of least resistance to get the 1.9.2 configs all under version control.
