Per 1:1 with James. This eliminates the need to call |safe on the search_summary in the template.
You may want to use Bleach to scrub the summaries at some point. I'm not sure what types of markup the Sphinx summary builder will allow, and I don't really trust it for security.

This really isn't very important. It was a bigger deal when we were still getting constant unicode errors. If we feel like refactoring it later, we can.
