Rebuild-Index via Right Click only(no explicit folder selection by Left Click) produces mismatch between "slected folder at UI"(tab-title, thread&message pane display) and "highlight'ed folder at folder pane".

[Steps to reproduce]
1. Restart Tb. Folder view: All Folders
2. Click a mail folder(Folder-A) or an account(AccountA) at folder pane
3. Right click of a folder(Folder-X) at folder pane
   => Folder-X is highlight'ed, 
      Context menue is displayed,
      Tab title is still Folder-A(or Account-A) 
4. Click Properties at context menu
   => Folder Properties panel is displayed,
      Tab title is still Folder-A(or Account-A) 
5. Click Rebuild-Index  
   => Tab title/thread pane display, message pane, are changed to Folder-X
6. Click OK at Folder Properties panel
   => Highlight'ed folder(or account) at folder pane is changed back to
      Folder-A(or Account-A)

When Rebuild-Index via Right Click only(no explicit folder selection by Left Click via UI), should the folder be selected at UI of Main Tb window?
If "should be selected", highlight'ed folder shouldn't be changed back to one before "Right Click".

Note: 
I observed above phenomenon during duplication test/additional test for bug 553313.
