Spellcheck button is disabled when entering the message compose area by using tab. When using the mouse the button is enabled correclty

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Write a message" window
2. Press tab key to go to the body message area
Actual Results:
The Spellcheck button is disabled
Expected Results:
The Spellcheck button should be enabled
