When accessing email through the Comcast.net's SmartZone/Zimbra platform, the up and down scroll arrows are non-functioning in the top pane.  The top pane lists messages and by default, the bottom pane is setup as the reading pane.  For whatever reason the scrollbar arrows do work in the bottom/reading pane.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into email account
2. Click Email tab from the top OR Inbox folder from Folders list on right
3. Click any email message from top pane



This bug MAY be connected or identical to bug 511075 which involves a Hotmail email issue.
Related to Bug 489667?
Based on similar scenario of bug 511075 (regardless of website), I am marking this a duplicate.  There appear to be MANY duplicate bug reports all revolving around similar issues.
