Attachment: image shows the round-off target value in Edit Contributions page when actual values contains fractional value

Steps:
1)Login to Developer account at: https://preview.addons.mozilla.org
2)Click My Account->My Add-ons links
3)Click on "Edit Add-on" link for one of the hosted add-on in your account
4)In Edit <add-on name> page: Click on "Manage Contributions"
5)Under Pledge Drives sections:click on "Create a new Pledge Drive"
6)Enter:
Target Amount= $3.49
Deadline: <some deadline time>
7)Click on "Submit" command
8)In the BreadCrumb menu:Click on "Edit Contributions" link


Result: Pledge Drive section shows the newly created pledge drive with target amount rounded-off
in my example: 
- when target amount=$3.49 round-off value is: $3
- when target amount=#3.50 round-off value is: $4

Note: In the add-on details page:Target amount is displayed correctly ie.fractional values(for example: $3.49)
