We need to edit the default categories list so it excludes pages from the staging area. I'm thinking of making a negative number in the list an exclusion.

Should add that this is a rewrite of the sphinx test, it doesn't affect functionality but since it's on the same branch I hijacked this bug, sorry :-)

I changed the way tests work, now not only is the bug fixed, but the tests are fixed properly, too.
