Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to your amo edit profile section
2.input something like <a href="irc://irc.mozilla.org/firefox">firefox</a> in your description section
3.go view your profile
Actual Results:
the link fails to work & has no href attribute (select it, right-click, view source)
Expected Results:
the link should work

last paragraph is where I DID write href attribute. it got lost
fu, I added a doctype, and the chrome links fail to work in html... ok this bug is only about irc links, changing the summary accordingly

irc links will work when we switch over to zamboni and bleach.
