[d2d] CombineWithGeometry is sloppy

Details

It seems that CombineWithGeometry isn't as accurate as we need it to be. The inaccuracies produce image artifacts when we use it for clipping.

OS: Mac OS X → Windows 7
We've worked around the problem with CombineWithGeometry by using multiple layers for clipping.
No longer blocks: d2d
