Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to about:home
2. Zoom into the page
3. Go into portrait mode
4. Go back into landscape mode

Actual Results:
The tab sidebar is shown with size equal to what mode you were in when you zoomed into the page.

Expected Results:
The tab sidebar should not show

Something that landed yesterday or last night fixed this bug. Here's the list:
