The reftest '== image-scaling-02.svg[accelerated] pass.svg[accelerated]' fails in hardward-accelerated mode on Windows 7 with the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650. See screen shots: http://brasstacks.mozilla.com/resultserv/data/testcase/4310/ This problem does not occur on a Windows XP VM.

Hrm, this reftest looks completely green on my machine when opening in a D2D enabled build.

Windows XP doesn't support Direct2D :-). So that would make sense. Could you verify this is still failing for you?
This problem no longer occurs on the original test hardware.
