There are some other ads on some pages (e.g. http://www.newgrounds.com/game/) loaded with this iframe : <iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="125" height="935" src="http://server.cpmstar.com/view.aspx?poolid=150&amp;multi=7&amp;rnd=12345" style="margin-left:-2px; margin-right: -5px;"></iframe> Wouldn't it be possible to block server.cpmstar.com ?
Can you post a screenshot from where those ads appear ? I didn't see anything that wasn't already blocked. The URL in the url field above redirected me to this: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/531968. server.cpmstar.com Hmm, casually looking at the source code on a couple of pages, I'm not sure that url is used only for ads.

I've blocked most of the ads by using these rules : @-moz-document domain(newgrounds.com) { DIV[CLASS*="adhead"], DIV[CLASS*="wide_storepromo"], DIV[CLASS*="onethirdadholder"], DIV[CLASS*="adfoot"], A[CLASS*="cpmstarHeadline"], A[CLASS*="cpmstarText"], IFRAME[SRC*="server.cpmstar.com"] {display: none ! important} }

I think we can probably block the cmpstar iframes. I agree with Pierre; the site appears to claim that it's an ad network.

There are also some objects (not iframes) from simplecdn.net (which can have legitimate uses), but their data attribute also contains server.cpmstar.com (in GET variables). CSS: object[data*="server.cpmstar.com"] { display: none !important }
