Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Write new mail window. 2. Attach a file with name that has Chinese characters, or a file in a folder whose name has Chinese characters. Actual Results: It displays no icon. If the file is in a folder with Chinese Characters, TB displays folder icon. Expected Results: It should display correct file icons.
