558030 - [Collections] confirmation pop-up keeps on coming up even after chosing "Do not show again.."

Steps:
1)Login to preview server: https://preview.addons.mozilla.org
2)Go to the collections page:
3)click on "Add to Favorites" for any collection:
Confirmation pop-up comes up showing the status that collection is added.
This popup has an option of:
"Do not show me this message again", Select this option and click on "Close"
4)Add to Favorites another collection

Actual Result: Confirmation pop-up still comes up even after choosing the option "Do not show me this message again" while adding first collection to Favorites list

Krupa and I see this too; it's pretty annoying.  Wil, can we take a fix for this in 5.9?

There is a JS error on line 198 in /webroot/js/amo2009/collections.js.  It's saying c isn't defined, but this file hasn't changed in months so I don't know what changed.  Jeff:  do you remember what cookie_path was?  I don't think it's gaining us much to set a cookie path here at all.
