Ubuntu 9.10, vanilla firefox build from mozilla
In today's build, there is a major painting issue of the UI and the interface, when hovering parts of the UI with mouse, black blobs are displayed where the mouse is, there are also blacks blocks painted in web pages.
Yesterday's nightly build did not have this problem

looks like a dupe to bug 558025 yes, I just got a new build update and the bug is no longer there.
