We cannot set custom personas using Personas Plus add-on on Firefox 3.6.2 or over. Steps to reproduce: (sometimes a little different steps but almost case) 1. install Personas Plus add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/ja/firefox/addon/10900 2. set pref to show custom personas menu 3. show Custom Persona config page: chrome://personas/content/customPersonaEditor.xul 4. set header/footer file and press OK your custom persona will be shown correctly 5. wait for a while (about 10 seconds)... # or close customPersonaEditor.xul tab 6. custom persona is disabled and previously used persona will be shown I think this bug is caused with spec change of LightweightThemeManager by: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=544753
