Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://developer.mozilla.org/Special:Recentchanges?limit=50&offset=300

Result:
"Next 50" is not a link. I cannot see the older changes. I am able to display last 350 changes only.

Expected:
I am able to see *all* older changes.

I can't reproduce this; the Next 50 link is indeed a link when I look at it. You seem to have some problems that are specific to your account, judging by the bugs you've been filing.

I don't think so. I get the same result when I am not logged in.

I tried to change URL manually (to see what will happen)
from:
https://developer.mozilla.org/Special:Recentchanges?limit=50&offset=300
to:
https://developer.mozilla.org/Special:Recentchanges?limit=50&offset=350

In this case I got "No changes were found matching these criteria."

It looks like the maximum number of results you can get may be limited depending on what privileges you have sitewide. I'm looking into it.

OK, this is fixed in the 9.12.2 update we tried to install the other night; once we do manage to upgrade, this will be fixed.

Such a dashboard is not implemented at all yet. Please join the discussion in bug 773323.
I marked this one as WONTFIX because we will not fix the MindTouch bug here. A new dashboard with the functionality to be discussed in that bug will be created for Kuma.
