Bug 558252 added support to MXR for the new Camino Hg repo.

No one will tell me exactly what that requires, other than "someone needs to file a bug against ServerOps". Hopefully this makes enough sense to ServerOps to finish this and get the Camino Hg repo appearing on mxr.mozilla.org.

This whole thing needs to be deployed, not just the cron scripts.
- needs an initial hg clone of the camino repo into /data/mxr-data/camino/camino
- hg pull/hg up of the mxr docroot
- add a line for it to /root/bin/mxr-cron-daily
