55969 - remove both Typical and Custom installer options

per CCK team meeting dated: 10-09-00

The decision has been made to remove both the Typical and Custom installation 
options from the "Setup Type" dialog since there is only one module getting 
installed (CCKTool).  This will require an update to the cck config.ini file.

Also, the text at the top of this page should be changed to something more 
appropriate than "Click the type of setup you prefer, then click Next."

This is the only text included on the Shrimp installer.  See attached screen 
shot.
