When playing the url in the bug there's a bad flicker from time to time.  Looks
like a frame is occasionally being replaced with static and/or random memory. 
Takes a while, but it's there for sure.
It appears conspicuously when I resize a window.

If disabled DW/D2D, the flicker disappeared.

C2Q @2.5GHz, ATI Radeon HD4350 ,
Silverlight Plug-In  File: npctrl.dll  Version: 4.0.50401.0

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minefield with new profile (enabled DW and D2D)
2. Open URL
3. Resize window if necessary.

Actual Results:
 Silverlight 4 video flickers

Expected Results:
 Silverlight 4 video does not flicker
As I've asked before on so many occasions :-)

1. Does this also happen with OOPP disabled
2. Does this also occur on GDI when the object is made transparent (so that double pass drawing is performed)
This is probably similar to 552114.

It happens OOPP and DW/D2D enabled both.
If either is disabled, no problem happens.

I do not understand.
