since we are EOL on Firefox 3.0, I'm removing it entirely from the AUS config instead of bumping to next dot release.

Backed this out as we're going to push the 3.6.4 MU tomorrow, and don't want to advertise the existing 3.6.3 MU in the meantime.

3.6.6 came along in a hurry and the major update got regerated (patches on bug 574906). All that's left here is the unthrottling when the driver says go.
