I've bumped the 1.9.2 config to build 3.6.4, the 1.9.1 config to point the major update information at 3.6.4build1, and adjusted the pm02 symlink to point at 1.9.1, so we can generate the MU there. pm01 is already pointed at 1.9.2.

Turns out the path I used wasn't compatible with the already downloaded files. I've switched it to the short version, which seems to work.
