Once we complete the IMAP and POP parts of bug 338549, we'll have wrapped the master password prompt calls in our own async handler.

I think that we'll therefore be in a position good enough that we can try removing the forced master password prompt that we put in on startup to try and ensure there was only one prompt.

Extensions (e.g. lightning) may still need their version of the hack until they hook into msgAsyncPrompter.

I'd certainly like to try this for beta 2 and see what feedback we get.
