56160 - no fixed-width font size in prefs "Appearance: Fonts"

The *first* time you bring up the "Fonts" panel (under "Appearance"), there is
no combobox to select fixed width font. On subsequent loads of this panel, the
combobox appears.

Maybe some kind of XBL async loading race condition?

on linux, the button doesn't appear on subsequent loads either.
The button is missing in both newmod and classic.

OOops - sorry. Button for fixed font ***SIZE*** is missing - that was what i
meant. I think hewitt may know someting about this.

Verified, this is a duplicate of bug 53440 "Fixed-width font size widget is
