Please gather the information and provide patches for: http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/comm-1.9.2/file/default/mail/locales/shipped-locales (locale names only) http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/file/default/thunderbird/l10n-thunderbird-changesets-3.1 (locale names and changesets) to set the list of locales and revisions to be included in the Thunderbird 3.1 Beta 2 release.
