56204 - Include Real plugin in default install for Mac

Reasons the same as listed in the Windows bug in bugscape 2789.

However, shrir is testing the Mac plugin and there may be some problems. If
there are problems, we have to decide if we ship the old plugin (which will not
work on content that uses javascript, but user has not idea what is wrong) or
ship nothing at all (so the user has to install from the real site, but by then
they may have an updated plugin to download.

TBD - will decide asap (on Thursday).

It turns out that there are problems with the real player for Mac, a Netscape 6
version does not yet exist.  We therefore should not ship real at all within
Netscape 6 on Mac - shipping the old player will only work on some content, but
not other content without giving the user any reason why it is a problem.

This way, when a user runs into real content on the Mac, they will be asked to
download the (then available) Real plugin that completely works for Netscape 6.

We have talked about this scenario with Real, they are OK with this.  Hopefully,
their new plugin for Netscape 6 will be available soon.
