2.Notice the text in the drop down box under "Add to a collection" section
observed behavior:
In french locale,HTML for non-breaking space is visible.See screenshot

oh, I mid-aired with Alexandre. I just fixed this too, and I changed all other instances of entities in msgstr's when the msgid doesn't have HTML in it. There shouldn't be any more of these.
