Details
Per bug 562188 comment 2, we can keep the new discussion forums limited to advanced searches. This means we need a third tab in the advanced search form for these forums.

The old discussion forums will be removed from the search, and the Forum tab will be renamed. The new tabs are:
* Knowledge Base
* Support Forum
* Discussion Forum

After lots of iterations, this finally landed:
