'Contribute' button in expanded digest view not usable

The 'Contribute' button inside the expanded digest view for all types of add-ons do not react on any user input. You can click on it but the appropriate web page doesn't get opened.

That's a placeholder for now - it will get sorted once we have more AMO integration.

When will this be turned on?
Now for some extensions it is enabled, but for most it is disabled?
How to make sure from an extension or theme that the button is turned on?

This was actually fixed by bug 562902 and bug 562916 and it works fine for me (you have to have contributions enabled for the add-on on AMO and currently must wait for an update check before that information is downlaoded).

This is definitely something we have to improve here. See my newly filed bug 595915 so we have this information available immediately.
