Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: 3.0.4 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.9) I received a message that had of extra As in place of spaces eg Registered:   2 in place of Registered: 2. When i changed View/Character Encoding from Western (ISO-8859-1) to Unicode (UTF-8) the message appeared normal. However when I printed the message it flipped back to Western (ISO-8859-1). This meant the printed page had all these extra   Â. When i print out a message, i want it printed with the selected Character Encoding used, not the default Character Coding which produces extra characters Critical Function Lost: Ability to print email message. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Receive a message with non default character coding. Change character coding to read. 2. Print message. 3. Actual Results: It happens every time I receive an email with UTF-8 Character Coding. Expected Results: If I change the Character Code to read the message, I want a printed copy with the same Character Encoding, otherwise the printed copy is garbage. I want a printed copy with the same Character Encoding selected for the screen message, otherwise the printed copy is garbage. By the way The FF popup window with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) appears normal, but the TB window is still truncated. (Not new - I reported it before. I can send pics in email, but not here.
