 macos commercial seamonkey build 2000-101110-mn6 installed on G3/400 OS 9.04

Overview Description: 
 Related to bug 56193.  Under modern theme, when you highlight an attachment 
from the composition editior, the delete menu item from the edit menu should not 
be grayed out.  

Work around: use the delete key on the keyboard.
Usuability issue: not easily to find work around.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1) Set the theme to Modern.
2) Start a new mail message
3) Add a attachment
4 [details] [diff] [review]) Highlight the attachment
5 [details]) Bring down the Edit menu
   Notice that the "delete" menu option is missing.

Actual Results: 
 The Edit->Delete menu option is grayed out.

Expected Results: 
 THe Delete menu item should be available when you highlight the attachment.
