Per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=560623#c8:

https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/z/en-US/firefox/api/1.5/list/recommended?format=json returns its content-type as text/xml, but I'd expect application/json

I see "Content-Type: application/json" when I go there.

Yeah, I can't deny what I see with my own eyes.  It wasn't working earlier, I swear (for whatever that's worth, and, apparently, that's not much, sigh).

I even ran it by http://web-sniffer.net at one point, too.
