When we landed the quick filter bar changes, we had issues on trunk (see bug 561321) with selecting some of the filters and the actions not working.

This was diagnosed as a problem with the javascript engine, and disabling javascript.options.jit.chrome was a workaround to get the tree green again.

Once bug 563764 is fixed, we need to re-enable the preference again (remove the line added to all-thunderbird.js).
The underlying javascript issue has been fixed and we've backed out the disabling of jit.chrome:
