564221 - Setup 30 new osx10.6 talos slaves

This is to track: 

1) Add talos-r3-snow-{021...050}.build.mozilla.org to staging and production
master configs. They will all run in staging first, but we should keep 5 in
staging, and move 25 to production when ready. 

2) Add all to graphserver.

So 031-050 apparently got added to production, but have now been removed from that (bug 564658) pending confirmation that puppet is working reliably. 

When adding new machines to production please leave a comment in the appropriate RelEng bug to help those that are location-challenged.

Please confirm that 021-029 didn't get imaged/racked yet. If they did then we need to figure out why they can't be raised by ssh.

They were not on.  They were all turned on friday afternoon, but were off.  I noticed that a couple of them shut down in the time it took to reboot the machines.  I am going to guess that we are drawing too much power or overheating the power bricks.

All of these are on, synced up to Puppet, and connected to tm02 now.
