557294 - Tracking bug for adding more minis to the talos-r3 machine pool

Please add relevant bugs here as needed to get more machines added.  This is the tracking bug which will be referred to in wait time email responses until the wait times for Production Talos are back above 95%.

Machines ordered, expected delivery Thursday.

Machines arrived, unboxed and being imaged. See depbugs for details. 

Currently 150 of the 160 are allocated out. Lets see how the wait times look after adding these machines, and some recent 650castro-MPT upgrades, before we decide how to allocate the remaining 10 machines.

Yep!
