Fixed in tower in http://github.com/clouserw/tower/commit/c2690bb88a7bd
Test in zamboni (because that's easier): http://github.com/jbalogh/zamboni/commit/c8f86346f

This only requires the tower update to fix prod, so updating the whole virtualenv or just running this will work:

pip install -e git://github.com/clouserw/tower.git#egg=tower
