Before we launch the [z] CSV files, I'd like to change the header a bit.
1. Remove the "AS IS" license statement; I made that up when I wrote the stats dashboard and I think it's silly now
2. Change the Fields: [] part to be part of the CSV. Right now when you open it in Excel or another program, the columns don't separate properly. I did this because the stats dashboard read the column names from that line, but I now think it's silly too.
3. Change the "add-on id" line to have the add-on's name in the defaultlocale. We didn't have a defaultlocale when I wrote the stats dashboard and I was overly l10n sensitive.
