Right now, if you go to prod and search for "Back and forward or other toolbar items are missing", the article with that exact name will be the #1 result.

But if you try it on Kitsune, it's #4.

FWIW, wiki_pages weights before Kitsune are:
content: 1
keywords: 4

Oh wow, yeah. Content is weighted way too heavily right now in Kitsune, then. Easy fix, though.

In general: tweaking and training search engine weights is an iterative process and small enough that we should be comfortable of taking changes in each of the 2.x major milestones, so feel free to file bugs for it. Minor/bug-fix releases are still not part of the time-line unless we find something that warrants making the exception.

This means changing the `weights` attribute on the various SearchClient classes to dicts that match production. It's a pretty small/straightforward fix, perfect starting place for someone.
