Details
In bug 555710 we are manually adding css for a specific locale to mark it as a beta language.
Given that the download button is dynamically generated, we should be able to generate an additional class/attribute that is used to flag it as a beta locale, which in turn activates some non-locale dependent css.

I believe we did this with css, I think that's enough for now.
